For security reasons, BuckeyeVac.com cannot send your existing password to you. Instead, we must reset the password, and send the new password to your e-mail address.
To reset your forgotten password, please enter your BVC Customer Number and your Login ID below. A new, randomly-generated password will be sent the e-mail address associated with your account.
After you receive the new password, you may log in to your account and change the new password to a password of your choosing by clicking the "Your Account" link at the top right corner of your Dealer Dashboard (you must log in first).
